 I need admit being under the same impression as was David ... but a simple
test and comparing with the dupe certainly changed my impression.  (I'm
still using PS6, and I did a simple save (close & re-open) after inserting a
very simple change into the "image information" tags.)  If what Marc stated
is true, then it is for a very specific operation which eludes me(?)
