Had the same problems with a 1270 and cured them by removing the carts with
CIS attached & drawing ink through the outlets with a syringe. >

Yeah I've done that, thanks anyway it certainly can help.
spoke to Matt at Permajet this am he suggested warm water directly onto blocked head (cart removed) leave for a couple of hours then clean with cleaning cart. Don't have cleaning cart, neither do Flash centre, Calumet or Teamwork so will have to wait til Monday.
