I loved Liisa's suggestion about the car ride, it reminds me of Basil Fawlty and the tree branch.............Yes I have tried the windowlene thing, I'll try again though.
Michael: Yes it must be the head, I would have thought, you like me have had the same problem after replacing the cartridge with a new one or at least a different one therefore the problem lies further down the line, there is only the print head left.
