Dear Mike, Yep that sounds good basically, the autofocus is quicker and less noise for higher iso's as I do a lot of performance based jobs, documenting.
The new s3 will probably have the old f80 af in it which is the same as the d100 slow and the d2x is out of my league if I want 2 bodies, my thinking is get two 20d's and then shark for a used kodak slrc which is goiung for about �1400-2200 on ebay for out and out resolution. Basically I can get two bodies, flash and lenses for about �3500, the price of one d2x body or eos 1d mk2 body. Seems like a good move for me anyway.
