Alejandro, thanks for replying. I understand now how to process the XML and have created a book.html file.
My question now is: do I have to commit the .html file, or is it supposed to be an automatic conversion in the server (preferred option :))? As far as I can tell, no one is commiting HTML files, so probably this is something to be done by Karl (is it, Karl?). Please give me pointers to the docs, if available. I don't want to waste anyone's time.
