Ed, Thanks very much for the info. It's amazing how you can watch football for almost 45 years and still not know a fairly basic "operation".
I guess that the biggest problem would be if you stopped the watch when it is was already off and vice versa. I have done that a couple of times when flying without knowing and it sure does screw up your navigation! At times like that you resort to "guestimates"! Most referee watches have a second counter for stoppage time; I used that for a while, but just gave that watch to my son to use. I have a new watch that has a separate timer, but I have to switch between sessions to do that, and I find that too distracting, so I just stop the timer during injuries and such. On a few occasions I've mentally kept track of time to add, but that only works at the very end of the game. -- Ed Leafe -- http://leafe.com -- http://dabodev.com [excessive quoting removed by server] _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
