Working with a pair of them today they are very intelligent. They have spoken about why they moved to the USA. Work! There is a surplus of very brilliant people and each year the universities are pumping out a new batch. They have a great work ethic, in that they work on Fri. night, and don't party like we Americans. Sat. they are up early working on their side projects to get better. Where Americans are taking it slow because they deserve the break.
