Yes - good stuff. It reminded me and/or brought to light that I was heading down the very path this article addresses - getting in too deep with outside providers...
There isn't an easy solution to the problems people in my position face, being a one man shop doing/managing what I would realistically consider 3-4 people's jobs.
There was a Board meeting last night and the word was that that I will play a much more critical role (i.e. probably doubling my work load - again) so outsourcing is an even bigger temptation....
