Anyone who knows anything about this stuff knows Bush isn't an intellectual giant or policy thinker/writer, that's he's coached with what to say, and he says it. Dobermann and MSNBC (and Matthews, too) know it, but they don't seem interested enough (or permitted) to put the dots together.
