Let me be clear: I don't blame our foreign brothers/sisters at all....they're offering their services, just like I would. What I despise is the American corporate culture that is so short-sighted and is selling us out for a quick "next quarter" profit blip but without (much) regard for the future.

I've known about the move for a long time. Sure, it bugs me. But it was not
a surprise. EDS let us have all kinds of warning so we could prepare. No job
is forever.
Isn't that the truth! Retraining for me would be going back to school to become a teacher. That's a job (if you're in the right school district) that has the best chance of longevity of many of them, imo.
