Depending on the location here in Memphis, you could be paying close to a mill for a killer view of the Mississippi river, or 40,000 for a shotgun shack maybe a mile or two from that condo/loft I just mentioned. So how much can you pay for your safety? There are plenty of in-between prices and locations so it's all where you want to call home in the end. Figure 100,000 as a good baseline for that size to 250,00 for double that space in a decent location.
