You are missing the enthusiasm of the industry where most of IT was swept up
in the .COM rush.  The better part of the industry over spent their seed
money but there are still 20% of them kicking today.  

I find it hard to determine where an app is not a fit in one arena and a
sure fit in the other.  

Any pointer or a guideline for what works and doesn't?
