Another reason why I'd prefer this approach, but, it's generated quickly 
and perhaps they want this static report on the LAN where they can 
search the PDF (as someone mentioned earlier) rather than having to run 
the app for it every time.  I guess it depends on how frequent the user 
needs to access this document, too.  ??
