Okay - I think the key word here is "occasionally"... so now it makes sense to me to say generate this thing, like you said, more or less monthly.... also makes sense not to have to fire it up each time the phone rings... So if it's monthly (more or less), can you have them send it to PDF via CutePDF or similar (or the thingy Sytze mentioned) and just use the search features built into the PDF viewer?
