Matthew: The administrative person prints the report several times a day when she gets payments or policy changes from the insurance companies. It is a very fluid thing and it is very accurate because of her attention to the details. It is the agent that will occasionally look at the report for one policy. BTW, once the report is calculated the data is retained so the agent can reprint it without doing the calculation - which prints very quickly. This could be reprinted to pdf or xfrx for the search options.
