Most of my customers have summary and detail reports, but these folks are "Lotusheads" They understand spreadsheets and love them. They like to print to a spreadsheet (which I offer) and manipulate the spreadsheets. I often recommend but I never suggest that they do things my way. I do things their way and if they are happy with it then I am happy with it. I am and always have been into 100% customer satisfaction whether I agree with it or not.
