Michael, Either Custom page/paper size or what I find much better use Fineprint and select 2 x logical pages per physical page. That way you can design all your reports in standard A4 format and the printer will resize them down. It is remarkable how good this looks even though the report comes out "half size" in fact many of my users prefer this "booklet" format as opposed to the A4 style and it also saves the trees!
Also, first take alook at the printer driver as many drivers will allow you to do this without using 3rd party software Using custom page sizes in VFP7 is a bit tricky but no problem on VFP9, but as I said I prefer Fineprint as you can do things like watermarking, collation etc etc. If you also want PDF output look at PDF Factory by Fineprint in which you can do similar "rescaling".
