Eurico:  The application runs on the server.  The application also runs 
on all of the workstations.  When the application is opened once, then 
it won't open again.  Totally weird behavior.  This application runs in 
all other environments as advertised.  We have tried all of the 
suggestions except for removing authenticated users from the security panel.
