Regarding the workstation, I've had instances in the past where FPW EXEs
wouldn't run because of incorrect CONFIG.NT and AUTOEXEC.NT entries, or
because the 16-bit VDM was damaged somehow. Can you run *any* 16-bit
application? For example, go out to the prompt and try to run 'edit'.
