Um, if you're not paying enough to compete with unemployment, maybe 
you shouldn't be surprised that people aren't snapping up your jobs.

I understand not wanting to talk to people on Frdays, but if you're 
only looking to hire people who are already working, you'd better 
offer competitive compensation.

It looked to me like most of the people interviewed for that piece 
were trying to take advantage of potential new hires, and were 
disappointed that those people were unwilling to be exploited.

And on a personal note, I'm happy to see that the woman who wanted to 
staff her credit card processing boiler room was having trouble 
hiring telemarketers.
