I agree with this at first, but then think of Carly Fiorina and the 
other Tech Heads who didn't want to pay US IT Labor Rates but instead 
outsource for a fraction of the cost.  How do you apply your logic to us 
in the IT industry?  I'm not siding with Fiorina (oh HELL no!) but am 
interested in your answer to counter shitheads like her.
