I wish I could switch everybody to Open Office but the OO developers aren't 
making it easy. The main thing I need OO for is a substitute for MS docx 
and xlsx documents--but the conversion quality sucks, with frequent 
formatting and positioning errors, and the OO people just brush off 
complaints about it.
