I use Real Studio more and more since moving over to the dark side after
purchasing my Macbook Pro. It really is an excellent piece of software and the
only problems at the moment seem to stem from the conversion to the 100% Cocoa
framework support. Also there is a Web edition that allows fairly simple
implementation of web apps generated within RB.

Newsgroup support is good (but not as good as on here!) and the price is
reasonable.

Once you get over the "mental block" of using something called "Basic" then it
is excellent and the product is being constantly enhanced. A new IDE is
promised in the next version due Q3 of this year. And of course it is multi
platform.

RealStudio uses SQLite as its client database format and supports all the
industry standard server side databases.
