Removing the old stuff would make the app cleaner, faster, and easier to learn and use, but at the price of breaking legacy code that might require a lot of work to update. Hopefully someone eventually will create a FoxPro like app that rolls the programming language, database engine and integrated development environment into one simple to use RAD.
