Your rate of pay for the time and the software pays for itself in no time at all. It is so easy to add fields/tables to the live system I wouldn't be without it. It comes with a few nice utilities like reindex that you can just put on a menu item. If the system dropped a few indexes the reindex has the metadata to recreate them.
