If you think this is a good idea, then say so. If you think it is a bad idea, then say so and please tell us why you think it is a bad idea. The possibility or probability of success is not a qualitative argument. It does not speak to the value of the idea but nevertheless dampens the enthusiasm of anyone who might be amenable to it.
