They changed the name recently. Perhaps a month or two ago.
The 'why' of the name change is the typical modern conundrum. :D Their
previous name was "Real Studio". Two very generic words that when you
Googled (or Binged or Duck Duck Go'd) for those words, you got
everything but what you wanted. It sure didn't help with their Tiobe
index!
Evidently they were kicking around possible new names, and someone
suggested "Mojo", and when they combined it with their cross-platform
nature of Real Studio, became 'Xojo'. I'm glad they changed the name.
BTW, be on the lookout for a version 1.0 release of Xojo for iOS later
this year. Android will inevitably follow at some point in the future.
