See http://winsupersite.com/ He's an author of many Windows books, he's almost done with a Win 8.1 book, he wants Microsoft and Windows to succeed as much as anyone does. BTW, just got done watching the Windows Weekly podcast, episode 349 "Windroid 8.1" where they touch on this and way too much other stuff (in an hour and 44 minutes) and he expands and amplifies on this. Worth watch/listening if you've got travel time to kill or use background noise in the office.
