Do you only use a film camera instead of digital as well?
I do not have a camera. I understand that some effects work
better with film.
16 bit technology should have been reprogrammed along the way. If it
wasn't there is probably a valid reason why not.
Why should it have been reprogrammed? It worked. It still
works on my XP system.
Sticking with the old and antiquated will get you burned, and the further
away you get the hard tings will become. Sometimes you have to let old
memories fade away allowing you to look at things in a new light tomorrow.
It is not antiquated. That is just a word to slam with.
I have gotten burned using 16-bit, but only by Microsoft
disabling it in some 7s. I still use the programs because they are
useful. I see no reason to churn and pay.
Microsoft has done an excellent job of convincing me to not
upgrade. There is the expense and then, I have to worry about what
they will have broken. If I had an employee who was breaking things
like that, I would fire him.
Sincerely,
Gene Wirchenko
