Leland, there's nothing interesting about it.
The bush family has ties to the oil industry.
Haliburton does the majority of work in the oilfield and schulmberger gets
the rest leaving tidbits for the independents.

The oil field is a close knit, good ole buddy system.

IF you were starting a large corporation or staffing your while house
cabinet positions, wouldn’t you bring people in that you know and trust that
will help you to accomplish your goals ?

I know I would, just the same as I would fire them if they started
circumventing what I was trying to accomplish.

It would be interesting to know who put President Bush and Dick Chaney
together. Originally, Dick Chaney was to help President Bush select a
Vice Presidential running mate, but eventually became "The Decider's"
selection himself. It would also be interesting who advised "The
Decider" on his cabinet nominations, that so many neocons were put into
key positions within the Bush Administration. My guess is the entire
Bush Dynasty has connection/ties to the neocons, given that Jeb Bush
appears in the PNAC web site.

means to the end. The accomplice, perhaps unwilling, but accomplice
nontheless. So those of us who believe the LIHOP scenario, use Dubya's name
as a shortcut or avatar for the puppeteers who are pulling his strings (no
doubt with daddy's blessings).
