guess that's number 3.
The email headers show passage through at least 3 anti-malware
filters, an issue with SPF ("softfail") and way more than anyone
wanted to know about Ken's in-house infrastructure:

I'm wondering if your DNS record for SPF, "v=spf1 a mx ~all" is giving
a "SOFTFAIL" because the MX records for leafe.com and mail.leafe.com
only list IPv4 records while the error is showing an IPv6 address.
