Tracy - seems you're right!  I'm now even looking at Where I am compiling the 
APP to (which I do in ONE VFP session) - and which APP I am running (which I 
run in Another VFP Session). And, it looks like I am Running the correct App 
that I am compiling - and, yet - putting in Dummy changes on the 2 screens - 
they are NOT Showing up when I run it!

Crap - time for a Shot of some Stiff BOOZE! Since - based upon what I am seeing 
- it's like I'm already Drunk - even though I didn't touch Anything since last 
night...

I will get it figured out and report back. Thanks SO Much for pointing me in 
the right direction!

Are you certain you are editing the correct form? 
Sometimes the form has broken code in it, you may need to use the Form as a 
table and PACK it.
Or force the recompile.
