But - its not a single program. It's a whole App w/Classes and multiple screens and such. For the heck of it - I tried running the main program - which is Set to be Main in the project - and it crashed because it couldn't find something...

If you do that first, you will find out if your code is working immediately. When you know that, then you can safely attribute failures in the compiled version to the compilation process and not to your code. Plus, it saves time....
