To make a long story short - its now working to Avoid running the Wizard code - 
and now I can finally manipulate the screen to run the way that I want it to 
run!

Thanks again for Everyone's input. Again - the ProFox list to the rescue!

Are you certain you are editing the correct form? 
Sometimes the form has broken code in it, you may need to use the Form as a 
table and PACK it.
Or force the recompile.
