Check the ClassLoc memo field or the Methods memo field or even the Reserved8 memo field (that holds the .H file if it exists). That'll take care of 98 percent of the issues. If you can't find it, check the other memo fields - it could be an OLE control or something like that.
Once you locate it, back it up, take off the NOUPDATE clause, edit directly in the DBF, save, compile the form and you're now unblocked.
