If you work in the IT industry and you agree with these words, then please help me to spread the word to developers all across the nation, no matter what language they develop in as I believe we will all benefit from efforts such as this and I believe that we all need to do whatever is necessary to fill the positions that the HR Depts and Politicans say can't be filled by our fellow countrymen.
