Nope..
What happens when you have a fixed amount of water is when the water is
rising in another part of the world, it is going down in the original part.

Now take the water out of the equation and put in dollars..

What I see happening is their living standard will go up (which is good) and
ours will go down until they are all at about the same level, which
ultimately will be a lower standard of living then we have now.
