That would depend on the existence and content of any prenuptial agreement.  
However, as a matter of law, sheep are barred from entering into contractual 
agreements and thus would be precluded from receiving any dispensation from the 
courts, subject of course, to a lack of intervention by PeTA.

Madigan, you have to think these things through before you go making up stories.
