No, marriage is discussed in the sacraments of Roman Catholicism. The
constitution itself talks of separation of church and state.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,
or prohibiting the free exercise thereof."

Endorsing matrimony is respecting an establishment of religion.
