I talk about it because you believe your view is the only view.

When you consider that the two of us are in a room talking about this, and
you have one view and I have a different view, that tells me that neither of
us have a majority as we're equally divided.

I believe that when you expand the room size to hold millions of people,
that you will still find that we're pretty much equally divided.

That is what drives the stock market and that is what drives us as people.
I may see the glass as half full and you may see it as half empty.

Have you forgotten this is America, the land of the free, the home of
the brave; the place where life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness is
woven into our Constitution; the place where we're free today because
countless people gave everything to make it so ...

I could go on, but I have to assume you know all that stuff.

We are, above all else, a democracy. That capitalism drives our economy
is an accepted fact of life, but what is NOT accepted is that capitalism
can take control of our gov't. When that does happen, it's called
fascism, not democracy.

Are you saying you're not interested enough to do some homework? Then
why bother talking about it?

Did I say I can't make sense of it? Or did I say that I've done my
homework, and am disgusted with what I've learned?

Fine, but I'm not talking about shopping or wages, I'm talking about
right and wrong, the implications of being wrong, and how to set things
right.
