The U.S. isn't at war? Tell that to our troops. Now as far as the "esteemed" democratic members of the US congress representing the people that elected them, please, you cannot actually believe that. I'm not saying that the republicans do either but I am hard pressed to believe that you could type that paragraph with a straight face.
