        You should really learn a little terminology before you start with  
the Chicken Little stuff. "Public Domain" has a very specific  
meaning, and does not apply to most open source material.

        But to answer the question I think you are asking, yes, once  
something is released you cannot "unrelease" it.

        "Source binaries"? Are you serious?

        Source code is code, not compiled binaries.
