If it is 2000 Server the "new & improved" TS license then does not impact
you, as XP Pro included a TS license with it for NT4/2000 Server.  I have
not researched the Vista angle at all re: TS/RD license.  Some searches
within m$.com ought to yield the answer (and offer you an interface to pay
online perhaps? <g>).
