Hi Everyone!

Following up my George Foreman lean, mean grilling of whatever with a second 
course of potato slices. I have had them raw and I have had them burned. 
Can't seem to get it right.

Testing with a fork for tenderness at 7 minutes, still not tender. Will most 
likely be burned the next time I check. Any gurus out there?
