Meanwhile, other countries are not bound by US law, some indeed, by no law at all. These countries will enjoy a competitive advantage on an order of great magnitude at first, gradually less but still considerable. The ordinary US citizen goes broke, and the international elites rejoice exceedingly as this is their fondest of fond dreams.
