It's also worth looking at Yahoo Groups. You need a yahoo.com account but it
means you can moderate the group, get group email, personal calendars, on
line photo albums, databases and file area.

Also you, as administrator can stop people deleting other peoples
appointments.

I am working with a local charity.  Most of the officers are volunteers who
work from home.  We need some form of internet based diary that they can all
log on to from home to add their movements and view other people's
commitments.  Obviously it would need to be password protected.  Something
like the Outlook calendar but web-based would be ideal.  Does anyone have
any suggestions please?
