Dear Peter:

I have been on the phone and email.

First they said the BIOS reports correctly, then to flash the BIOS,
and now send them back the machine.

Before I send the laptop back, I want to know whether it is worth two
weeks of being without the machine and possibly then having to
reinstall all programs.
