Hi Dr. Charles! It is possible that you will not have that long a down time and it is also possible that the programs will stay on. It may be that all they have to do is fix a new external document to the case reflecting the correct number and update their database. Or they may have to install a new bios chip. Neither of these would disturb your programs. Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst.
