OK, so my English leave something to be desired, but many blacks grew up 
in closely knit communities that spoke their own dialect of English.  
Justice Clarence Thomas, who was raised in Louisiana for example, came 
from a community that spoke their own dialect, based on a interview I 
saw on TV about his new book, "My grandfather's son.
