My bad, it is Boston who will begin to slide even further with their new superintendant - Carol Johnson. Here's a link to a news story about how pathetic she was, and you might even pick up on the fact that she was shielded from criticism because she is a black female. You can't say she did a bad job without being labeled a racist.
